The 2.5" exhaust is made from numerous single mandrel bends all welded, sanded and polished to give this symetrical system ready for coating.           2” primary mandrel bent extractors on a Big Block Chev in a ’34 chassis. They are fully polished for coating and exit via a collector through the X member so the 2½” system flows through the middle of the chassis to keep the underside of the chassis clear.
